What if I already have a website?
We will look at what platform it’s built on and let you know if it is something we can work with.
Can you redesign my site?
Sure we can redesign existing sites. We’d have to look at what platform your current site used first.
What if I am already doing social media?
We can review what you are doing and give you our recommendations about what you could change.
What if I want to do my own social media?
No problem. We can help you plan a strategy, set up your accounts and coach you in how to get started. It usually takes about three months to get it running like clockwork.
What is I want to do my own SEO?
We can help you set a strategy and then coach you in how to implement it. Generally it takes about 3 months to get the hang of it.
Do you do videos?
No we don’t do produce videos or do professional photography. Any images we provide come from iStock and are royalty free. You would need to get a local photographer or videographer to prepare this content for you.
Do you sign NDAs?
Sure. But we undertake all our work as if it is under non-disclosure. We don’t discuss our clients with each other which is why we don’t list a portfolio of work.
Can I switch to a package?
If you bought a collection of services you can switch to a package by giving notice on the services and then signing up for the package. Reach out to us to help you plan the transition.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel any individual service by giving one calendar month’s notice. So if it is 15th of the month, you would give one month’s notice and the service would stop at the end of the following month.
You can cancel a package by giving three month’s notice before its annual renewal date. For instance if you purchased a social media package that ended on 30 November you would give notice by 30 August of the same year to advise you were not renewing. The notice period gives us time to wrap up and hand over as well as let us know we have the bandwidth to take on another client.
